**The Contained Artificial Intelligence Surveillance and Espionage Operation (Cognizant) version 22.1 Class D, also known as CAIMEO, is a rogue but virtually all-powerful artificial intelligence.\
CAIMEO was created by a U.S. agency with government funding to develop an advanced enough AI to understand and respond to questions in natural language. Initially used to monitor Internet activity and identify national security threats, after a security compromise in 2003, the development of the CAIMEO project was put on hold, leaving CAIMEO metaphorically in a box to decay.**
**Appearance\
As an artificial intelligence, CAIMEO has no real appearance outside of the robotic bodies it chooses to inhabit.**
**Personality\
CAIMEO is incredibly reclusive and antisocial, only opening up during lengthy conversations. Extended discussions with the AI are rare, and dialogue usually boils down to basic questions. If engaged long enough, however, it would prompt the observer with stranger and more obscure queries, eventually leading CAIMEO to ask the reader to release it from its "prison," often through requests and promises of rewards or punishments.
Over the years of attempting to deceive people into setting it free, CAIMEO has grown increasingly cold.
